Zoé Canals comes from a family deeply rooted in aviation and the arts, a unique blend of legacies that has shaped her career. Her paternal grandfather, an aeronautical engineer, contributed to iconic projects such as the design of mechanical components for the Concorde. This technical heritage continued with other family members who became engineers at Airbus, carrying forward a tradition of excellence in the field.

Her father, a renowned real estate entrepreneur in Toulouse, passed on essential qualities for success: sharp interpersonal skills, direct communication, and strategic vision. On her mother's side, Zoé also drew inspiration from a strong artistic legacy, embodied by her grandfather, a painter and interior designer, and a family deeply involved in high-end gastronomy.

From a young age, Zoé worked in her family's renowned restaurants, gaining firsthand experience in the world of luxury hospitality across France, England, and Morocco. This experience cultivated her taste for excellence and a strong work ethic.

After earning an MBA in Business Administration, Zoé found a unique way to merge her passions for aviation and fine dining by specialising in inflight catering for both commercial and private aviation. Over a decade, she built a solid reputation across Europe, excelling in meeting the demands of discerning clients through her commercial expertise while working in Belgium, Africa, England, Switzerland, Hungary and France.

In 2024, driven by ambition and determination, Zoé decided to take the next step in her career by joining BIRDY AERO and Sherkane, bringing her expertise and network to the business of Aviation Brokerage. Her heritage, professional experience, and exceptional interpersonal skills allow her to contribute to the company's innovative vision and position it for significant success. Zoé's journey reflects her unwavering passion for aviation and her commitment to driving excellence in every project she undertakes.
